Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at kzdcollections@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Sale items, accessories, and hygiene‑sensitive products are non‑refundable.
